Salomon designed the Rocker for one thing-flotation. This powder ski's rocker design and massive dimensions mean you can't help but plane on top of soft snow. Double-wall monocoque construction not only makes the Rocker burly, but transfers power to the edge when you hit bottom in steep terrain. Although it's built for cold-smoke powder, this fat, floaty ski's full wood core gives you the power to bust through gnarly crud too. Although we wouldn't exactly recommend these skis for hard snow, the Rocker's traditional sidecut gives you enough control to make it down the cat track for another powder lap.
