I'm starting to hear some rumblings about a prolonged snow event early next week. What's the deal? Roemer? jfg15?

yep, I'm hearing anything from 4-14" inches monday night into tuesday...

of course, i'm going to Las Vegas monday for the big snowsports tradeshow... so no snow:( but cool first looks at next years gear!

the only time we've gotten good snow here, i've been traveling elsewhere (where there wasn't much snow!)

Anyone else up for starting a fund to send Elis to Aruba for the rest of the winter?

I heard snow, but the local WFSB - TV website does not mention how much.

prolonged yes, major? well...not like early december, and not until the secondary low takes over monday night....and...probably not for northern and central vt, but for those of you who love the MA resorts and southern VT and NH, should provide some much needed natural, but by no means a monster

these types of events will be the norm for the next 2 weeks with maybe one big one by february 6/7

I know I am not meteorologist, but with temps of around 16 and .75 inches of moisture content. I think southern NH, mainly ragged, and sunapee, should get around 12-16 inches of snow. Thats what I think any other opinions.

The local guys here are calling for up to 16" Tuesday night into Wednesday. Looks like the Berkshires will do nicely from this one. Maybe another clipper on Friday too! I'm heading to Jiminy on Sunday.

I am getting tired of these costal storms. We need a huge dump in the White Mountains!!
