My friends were bringing their kids to the local bmx track so they can get some practice in for the races Saturday so I figured I would tag along. I ended up riding around on one of their 20" bmx bikes and what a weird feeling it was at first riding a bike that small after not riding one in 20+ years. Had a great time trying to keep up with their kids on the track and now I plan on rebuilding my childhood bike that I dug out of my fathers basement a couple weeks ago so we can really cause some trouble there!

I tried jumping the bike, but compared to a mt bike, it really didn't feel like it wanted to get off the ground or it might have just been the jumps weren't designed for air. I plan on bringing my mt bike next week when they go to practice to play around on it.

Great time and I will be back next week when they go.

Hey, mention it when you go.

I live around the corner and have stopped by there a couple times to get a bit of practice in on various things like.. trackstands.. etc...

My kids go up now and again as well....

Cool! My brother left behind a BMX-type bike at my parents house that they keep trying to give to my 2-year old (clearly it's too big for him). Hmmm....
