After this front moves through we should get the typical mid-August week of cool nights and sunny dry days for the rest of the week. A taste of fall is on tap!

I drove from Aspen to Denver yesterday and the Front Range was plastered with snow above 12,000' or so. So we've got that going for us, which is nice.

At least half our oak leaves are down. Can't wait till they're all down so I can do the lawn clean-up. Then it will feel like winter is almost here.

Believe it or not all my oak leaves are down. Now if they will dry out I can get em cleaned up and get one step closer to ski season.

My Red Maples started going bare on October 15th and all of the non Oak species were bare by Halloween. I only have one Oak on my property and it went bare today with the rain/wind.

My leaf cleanup is 90% done and one more trip with the tractor should finish the cleanup season.
