Resort or Ski Area: Ski Sundown

Conditions: Groomed man-made, hard pack, and some loose granular

Trip Report:
Met up with Marge for another Estrogen Night. The rope was up on Nor'Easter for grooming so we took the first run down Tom's Treat. Joined up with MR. evil (for a little testosterone in the mix) and took another run down Tom's Treat>Papoose. 3rd time up, the ropes were down. I spent the rest of the night doing Upper Nor'Easter>Canyon Run. Marge and MR. evil did quite a few runs down all of Nor'Easter, improving their technique with every run. I was quite impressed with the progress they've made! Exhibition, BTW, looks a little sad without its bumps.

Snow felt pretty good. Scratchy in some spots but overall, not bad. MR. evil said the bumps were nice and soft in the preferred line. He and Marge will be battling it out with all of you for the favored right side of the trail. Otherwise, I was mainly working on comfort in speed tonight. It was just great to be out on the hill.

Thanks, Carrie :) You're looking really good. Nice turns and lots of control, I'm impressed myself!

Good times last night. Spent half the night doing Canyon/Tom's and half on Nor'Easter-really getting addicted to that trail.

Would post more about the night but I've gotta get dressed and get my nephew out on the hill (he's doing his lesson at sundown today) so I'll leave it at that.

Good company and great conditions :)
