I'm sorry... I recant my statement based on what I've seen recently..

I only come on this board every once and a while..
So what i see today may not jib with what has been posted in the past...

Current threads:
Skier Throws Snowboarder Off Aspen Highlands Chairlift
Started by thetrailboss, Yesterday 5:25 PM

Florida Skier Gets $800k [Default] Judgment Against Snowmass Snowboarder
Started by thetrailboss, Yesterday 5:19 PM

I'll get right to the point. One, I have no such agenda. Those were two stories that ran yesterday. As said, if they involved two skiers I'd still post it. If you actually READ what I said you'd see I don't take a particular side.

Second, as I have said to you many times over the years, if you really have an issue with something you should let us know via private message instead of posting a very public thread such as this. When you do so it's more clear that you are trying to cause a problem and get attention for yourself rather than trying to constructively address an issue. That is all.

Looking at the thread about the snowboarder getting sued, I'd say most people actually have some sympathy for the boarder, and saying that the skier the skier stopped in a bad spot, even though the boarder was found at fault.

So your accusations are not totally correct

This has nothing to do with sympathy...

And the posts are just my observation..
No discussion of taking sides at all...
just that they've been posted..

No need for PMs....
All good... haha...

Funky_Catskills creates an obviously satirical and light-hearted headline, then NY Dirtbag adds a post that makes me laugh so hard I spit up my beer, and four pages later it degenerates into people taking sides and basically telling others to go home. Shit, I may as well just read campaign coverage.

I don't have cable.. So that was my entertainment... :)

What accusation are you referring to?

Still a sweet pic.

A lot of folks need snow to fall soon. Or drink heavily and take drugs.

This forum is too crabby.
