I've been wearing this compression sleeve when skiing for the past 5 yrs. Works great for added support. No added bulk or range of motion limits. I've found that Aleve helps with tendon/ligament issues as well.

Those are so much cheaper than the one I posted and the sizing is wildly different. I’d be ordering a small by the sizing chart, and I’m 5’11, 170 lbs. Skinny legs, though. Might try these, nothing to lose.

^they've held up well & the sizing chart is spot on. I've picked up a couple extra to use on trips, as they can get a little funky after a couple days use. Just throw them in the washer, cold cycle and let them air dry.
