Smuggs, Gore, MRG 3 day trip 2/10-2/12

I had three great days at Smuggs, Gore, and MRG. My first time at Gore, 2nd at the other two. Awesome report---2 nights in your car, a ton of skiing, and even more driving...you sure are committed to the sport we love!
I'll be making use of my Fox44 card in 3 wknds as well...we're hitting Jay, Smuggs, and MRG.

Nice...I used my Fox44 for the 1st time at MRG on Feb 14 (see TR thread). I was hoping to use before the R came...but found out it was blacked out all this week. March is going to be busy if I want to use all those days.

Congrats, you got to live the dream! Love your visit from the state employee. Nice to see them focusing on safety vs. criminality! Sounds like like Smuggs is skiing well this year. Hmmm.

The Fox 44 card is a great deal and good opportunity to hit different ski areas at a good price.
The negative double digit nights are not too bad. I backpack a lot and have lots of gear to make it tolerable.
I was surprised that the state employee was just checking safety. He was very nice about it.
