I think we are limiting this to "trails" ie on the map stuff...

got ya...technically it's jay though...so it is on the "map". I love the boundary to boundary policy they got there.

I guess alot depends on what you consider "on the map"...obviously that excludes stash spots, off the beaten path type stuff, etc ..... but what I'm talking about you ride right over on the lift so its there for anyone. I thinki they just rope it cuz can -am is a lemming run.

I was referring to koreshot, Face Chutes which you mentioned are on the map. Though technically, I think Spruce Cliffs was removed from the official Sunday River trail system last year.

Dave's Whim was the "new" addition. Spruce cliffs...yeah, on the map, off the map...who knows, Boyne may put it back on. My guess is it was removed because it was a full on lemming trap...not like white heat, where you can screw up and slide it out...fk up in there and you're eating bark. Okay, I guess that was a technical foul on my part...White nitro it is.

I don't remember the face chutes at Jay Peak to be that steep but it's been since 2001 when I skied them last. Stuff in the east just looks so flat in my eyes after living out west.

I think the face shoots are when you get to the top of the tram. Turn around and ski back down. That sheat is crazy steep. It not skiing its survival. There has only been enough snow when I was there once. I am certain I looked like a gaper but I made it down alive and that was the whole point. Lots of places are no fall zones
