Here's some I took about a month age. I think even Greg would say this is "legit terrain". ;-)
Looks too wide...

No complaints on the width, or lack thereof, that's for sure. Now as long as they don't groom the piss out of it, it should be a great run! What's the aspect on that? Southeast? Should get a lot of sun and will be awesome in the spring.

Thanks HPD. Looks like a killer run, you must be psyched. Will it have snowmaking?
It's unfortunate that WF is over five hours from home, a bit too far for just a weekend for my liking. Someday I'll get there though
A run that sweet should be left for natural snow...
Yeah, it would....but good things come to those who wait. On a run like that I just like to leave it natural. Natural snow trails ski better and has less ice. Why? If they make snow on it, it will obviously be open alot more.

It may seem that way if you dont know where youa re going. Lots of intermediates say thatThis is Whiteface we're talking about here. They groom the snot out of everything.
I dont know fellows, Whiteface is going to have the steepest tail in the east this winter. Lookout below drops 800 vert in about 3/10 of a mile. You bumpers better learn to set an edge before you try this one.
The have the poles are in and the expansion is looking wonderful There intermediate run would be a diamond at most other areas.

Thats what I was thinking. If we waited for mother nature on that trail we would probably see leap years more often than that thing opening.Whiteface doesn't get that much natural though....:uzi:
meaning the ass noodling bump style wont work, you need to be able to get your edges into a trail that steep.
