This past weekend we took a ride up to Mt. Washington again. The plan was to drive up the Autoroad on Saturday, hike around the summit and get to know the place a bit better, then ski Tucks on Sunday. The following are pics from Saturday. Would most definetly like to ski this next year.

I'd ski that.

Yeah, I would have gladly skied any of that, was very tempting and I did have my skis in the truck. However the plan was to explore the summit a bit and then ski Tucks the next day. I'm glad I stuck with the plan since there was a lot to see and I got plenty of ideas for next year.

Salida, thanks for the pointers about the Gulf, great area!

Wachusett still has snow, but not enough to get me to go extend my season. I'd love to hit Mt. Washington but I think my time is out for this year,

well, don't anyone race up tomorrow ( wednesday 5/30) expecting to drive up the MWAR. to ski. MWAR is closed to traffic tomorrow for paving/ maintenance.

Great pics, Andyzee. There is usually more up there this time of year, but we all know how that didn't happen.
