Does bending down to buckle boots count? How about bending over to pick up the boot bg and rooting around in the bottom?

Should I stretch? Yup. Do I? Nope.

Recent research is starting to show that stretching before exercise doesn't help (in most, not all cases) as much as previously thought. It is more important to stretch afterwards, to allow blood into the muscle fibers. Helps promote rebuilding. I warm-up on an "easier" run first.

I do a few back turns and ski a snowplow for about thirty yards for my stretch. Me and my girl warmed up first run Sat on empire. We were loose by the time we got to the bottom
