Anybody been to Sugarbush this week?

I'm sure the groomers are fine, but was there enough snow on Monday to bring Castlerock and other ungroomed trails back from the 'non-frozen precipitation event' last Friday?

Thanks,
SAB

Sleet snow for Friday, but a nice warm up on Sat should make for some nice skiing. Natural trails are still pretty crusty. Although if you ask Johh Atkinson it was pretty nice. If you asked others it was pretty crusty............so I went to Greylock and found it nice and fresh with very little crust. Sat will ski well at the bush and I'll be there. Hope that helps.

I skied today at Lincoln Peak. The groomers were fast and fun, especially on a fresh tune. We ducked into the woods and it was hit or miss depending on how much traffic. Well-skied lines were good, unskied lines were really good, while lightly skied lines were funky, as the underlying crust was more variable.

The ungroomed trails are firm right now, but Saturday looks like a sweet corn day, especially on sunny Castlerock. The Castlerock Extreme Challenge is Saturday too, perfect timing.

Come and get it!

Thinking of rolling the dice myself this weekend, but from the looks of it you guys think Sat will be good at the Bush so more of the same for Stowe I'm guessing, getting my motivation back !
