TB is correct. split the difference and have all day ticket prices at $58 or so, reasonable price for what the bush offers and splits the difference between the off site and on site locations. regarding decreasing pass holder value, they apparently already did this by offering the off site ticket option, correct? not like it's a secret either, right on their web site and all.

Even tho it's on the web site I don't think most people are aware of it. As far as I know it's not advertised. I still think it's a good deal, especially if you use it on a weekend or holiday. Aside from the dicount it's nice not to have to wait in line to get your tickets on those busy days.

Throughout the year the Bush has other promotions unfortunately alot, like going to the latest Warren movie is on Friday so alot of working folks can't really take advantage.

They used to do a food donation day on a Sunday can't remember if there was one last year.

My favorite promotion was the resort in your neck of the woods, carload day at Burke, think it was on Wednesday's. Last time I went it was a carload for $25, around 1998, with five of us it's a deal that's hard to beat.

I would think the reason for the offsite discounts is to sure in those who would be more able to ski elsewhere.

If you are in Burlington, there are many other options as you start your trip. So sugarbush sweetens the pot a little by offering a little extra discount.

On the other hand, there are different fing... Oops! I mean if you are at Sugarbush, any other option would be more work.

Nobody in Sugarbush marketing has told me this, but it seems logical.
