Ha! I think that's Win's. Or perhaps he has a landing pad on top of Castlerock...?

Sure, but I think you will have to fight the garbage truck one day a week, lol : )

If anyone is still interested, my guess for the skiing pic is Domino. Can we get a confirmation?

And to continue the blessed relief from the heat that skiing shots provide, enjoy this attachment from 3/20/2006.

I'm assuming you think this is looking down Lower Domino from roughly the HG Traverse intersection? I could see that I guess, but I think the slope on skiers right is too steep and the trees on the left seem to have a little underbrush that the islands on Lower D don't really have anymore.

Upper Domino, going into the first left turn. But it would be nice to know for sure.

John

People have already eaten in the new Timbers Restaurant/Lounge and it looked like a great place to eat already. Pics are on SkiMRV.com. The view, food as good as from home, the air seems as fresh as the good old outdoors...looking forward to trying it out for myself in the future...

Seriously folks, from a guest's perspective it's been 10 years now since the Bush announced a major base developement, so exciting to see it finally come to fruition..it's gonna be great. Kudos to Win, Adam, Bob and the rest of the Sugarbush management.

I was just inside and it is beginning to come together very nicely. Big high ceilings in the main dining area on the second floor. The dome on the silo was scheduled for this morning. It weighs 17,000 lbs and when they got it off the ground, Pizagalli felt the tolerance levels were too tight for the crane, so they have postponed until later this week when a larger crane can be brought in.
