Sugarbush this weekend

The best form of flattery is imitation.

Sugarbush will be open Saturday and Sunday will the Valley House chair running. The bumps on Stein are for sure. We will be pushing snow around the next two days to also try to get a path down Upper Snowball to Spring Fling.

A two day ticket will be $39 and $29 if you bring a 08/09 season pass from another area.
We too will be collecting contact information for a drawing at 5pm on Sunday to win an All-Mountain season pass for next year. All who buy a ticket that day or who present a valid Sugarbush season pass or Sugarcard are eligible to win.

The weather in looking up and we are looking forward to our own "Run of the Rose" down Stein's.

Thanks for this, Win! My loyalties are torn -- Sugarbush in Vermont and Sugarloaf in Maine. If only they were a hundred miles closer to each other so I can ski them both on a weekend!

Sounds like Jay Peak..awesome..back in 1999, Sugarbush had the Valley House running with free skiing on May 1st..Steins or Spring Fling..there was a 10 minute liftline and the lodge at the bottom of Valley House has a nice deck...King of spring could be Sugarbush!!!!!

Unfortunately, Mr. Nyberg does not want to pay employees for one day in the new payroll period. He told me directly that they are not open on May 3 because that is the start of a new payroll period. You accountant types maybe can make some sense of that.

Here's an update! The snow is going fast so we will only have Stein's and Coffee Run for the weekend. We are pushing snow from Spring Fling into the area around Valley House chair and Coffee Run to keep them as nice as possible. Since there is also some brown now showing on Stein's just below the entrance we will put a groomer on only that part later to patch it up, but leave the moguls on the rest of the trail. So we will just have nice soft Moguls for the weekend along with a BBQ on the new CR Pub deck. See you for some final runs.
