If summer wasn’t hot I’d like it as well as the other offseason seasons. But it is hot , and muggy. How can you like a season that can be described as “muggy”? it sounds like a nickname for a social disorder. As in “don’t sit next to him he’s muggy today”. Now a nice cool fall day or even a brisk November day I’ll get out and ride, but when you can work up a sweat with the exertion necessary for breathing I’ll pass.

Today is beautiful, actually. Sunny. Nice breeze. Not too humid.

I don't mind summer. At least, as long as it's not like 97degrees+ and 90% humidity.

We need more of these bueatiful days. I can't stand 90 degree weather and 90% humidity.

This I can handle...in fact, after losing 20 pounds since '07, I've discovered 2 things.

1. Bumps are easier.

2. The humidity doesn't bother me nearly as much as it used to.

I keep hearing that it's a nice day today, but I haven't been out since 8:30am. :( I did get to see out a window for a bit at lunch time though.. ;)

My summer was almost fun, with progression on mt biking and golf, but now, I'm sitting here with a splint and a drippy day.
Makes TC Sad :(

You can work on one handed pushups.

Beautiful here today. Nice, cool, and dry. Gonna take the kids out for a walk and to feed the ducks later this morning. Humidity coming back tomorrow.

Luckily we haven't seen much excessive heat humdity (yet) but lets not forget the other little "joys" of summer like (takes a deep breath)....cutting the grass, pulling the weeds, getting stung by a bee WHEN pulling the weeds, cleaning the gutters, bugs, ticks (nasty), and lets not forget mosquitos and my all time favorite ALLERGIES, It's like having a nearly 2 month long cold. plus...no skiing. Woo hoo for summer :-( ...Is it October yet?
