Yes, it was good...what day did you go?

That lake looked cold.

Sorry, midweek pass only. Not sure when I can even make it back to Sunny.

Will definitely try to meet up at some point...

UPDATE: Sunapee saying at least 19 trails now and 4 lifts for the weekend. Ms. Trailboss was oh so lucky to ski there this afternoon and reports that Bonanza had "a deep base" and that the Sunbowl Quad WAS spinning but not for the public. :D She also reported lots of snowmaking going on.

Nice. Hope the storm doesn't keep me from getting there on Friday...

NOAA's calling for 4-7 inches for Sunapee Friday.
Niiice. Probably going to do Saturday afternoon (since they'll groom the hell out of it, anyway)

Too bad this wasn't my Friday off. Have to decide next Friday whether to hit Sunny, Okemo or Strat...

Hopefully all those (and others) will be well served by this storm.

nope. all the blacks and most of the blues dont see a groomer for a day or two affter a storm.

Oh, how I wish this were true. Last spring they had an 11 inch dump overnight, a buddy and I blew off work to hit it. Even though everything but the Sunbowl was on windhold all day, there was 1 ungroomed trail (Sundance). Still, it was powder, and was great most of the day (until the ice moguls popped their heads up, anyway). We even trekked across to the front face, but it had been groomed down, too (and was windlblown as hell)

Saturday we will be skiing and riding on at least 20 trails and slopes with top-to-bottom terrain on four of five mountain areas including Spruce Peak, NorthPeak, the summit and SouthPeak. 6 lifts are scheduled to operate daily. Both base lodges will be open with all services available.

Why no Sunbowl, I wonder?
Best part of the mountain, in my opinion.

That's a good enough reason not to be turning it.

Was going to go up today, but decided not to- 2 school projects + 2 presentations +1 final exam + DIY project > $46 to ski the front side.
