Trip Report: On the drive out it looked gloomy. (so much for clearing up as the day goes on). But we new it was May 1st so it would be fun regardless.

When we drove up to the mountain I was suprised at hom much snow was left on White Heat. The trails on Barker all had T2B coverage, you didnt have to hike or ski grass anywhere(although you could if you wanted). It was a good turnout, and it didnt rain to much. Just showered of on. There was seven trails open including: Ecstasy, Jungl Road, Upper Punch, Sunday Puch, Monday Mourning, Cascades, and Right Stuff. The best trail was Upper Sunday Puch to Monday Mourning. Right Stuff had good coverage, but it was the busiest trail so the moguls were all irregular shaped in places. Monday Mourning and Sunday Punch had some decent lines of moguls that were fun tio hit. There wasnt many lift lines at all, whicjh was suprising. I think more people were drinking then skiing.

Overall the skiing was really impressive considering it May 1st and all the rain we had. It was a great last day and it was fun watching all the people skiing the grass. I did take some pics and I'll post them later toninght.
