getting read to grill up some ribeyes!
I was just thinkin' of ribeyes. Best cut of meat -- ever.
Ribeye has more flavor that a porterhouse. Although the P-house does have the bone that..well I won't post what I was going to post because it will be taked wrong.
Ribeyes usually have more fat and marbling than other cuts. More flare-ups on the grill but the trade-off is better flavor and juiciness (my mouth is watering as I write that).
I second rib-eye Its like the bacon of beef, so good cooked over fire enough so the fat renders out.....mmmmm.
You really should give skirt steak a try, it has that same kind of flavor. Good carne asada is always skirt steak.
Let's just keep it simple, just about any cut of cow grilled up properly on Memorial Day Weekend is pretty darn good![]()
