I've skied in both and both were great, as smellytele says "comes down to conditions over temps"

Honestly prefer the cold -- more comfortable and less crowds. Teens or single digits with no wind. Warm days are nice but a lot harder to enjoy given how frequent they've been these two recent winters (so far).

As long as cover is good I'll take the cold as long as the wind isn't too painful. Teens are good, it puts a lot of people in the lodge.

in the 20's, no wind-sun is my perfect time.. out west 30 to 40 and sunny or anytime it is snowing anywhere
