had the shop fix it the first time, i'd assume they did it correctly.
now that i think about it.
the hanger broke and the derailleur bent. both were replaced.

Then it sounds like the shop didn't do a very good job... just saying...
perhaps. but back to my original statement, i can't figure out how to adjust it myself.
