The wait, or how long can you hold out

We have a pretty wide spectrum of skiers on here, as far as how often you get out, weekenders, day trippers, home owners and locals.

question is, how long can you go without skiing till it just becomes unbearable? Conditions sorta come into play for me, but once ski season hits full swing, i start to actually get irritable if i go more then 2 weeks without some kind of skiing. That probably seems like forever for some people, but i'm conditioned.

On day two with a cold..gettin real antsy.May have a job lined up for tomorrow.Usually ski everyday so after 2 or 3 its gets bad.

I think that people's responses are going to depend on where they live. Living in Jersey, I can wait a couple weeks or more for better conditions or a trip up North for some real skiing. If I lived in New England, I would probably be chomping at the bit more.

lately it's been about a week...which is good, since i've been skiing about once a week. the thaw helped me deal with being stuck on cape all xmas vacation though.

2 days max when Shawnee is open for night skiing. I usually miss monday and friday nights only unless life gets in the way. Then I get real grumpy!

once ski season is in full swing, I pretty much need to ride once a week, whether it be local or vermont, just need to ride.
