On a positive note. Atleast there will be no snow left after this storm, so the next few rains storms wont do anything to the base because theyre wont be any.

Bust out the ww kayaks! Stuff must be up down there. Powder that never gets tracked, and is waiste deep every time you go.

I am with you, but I am a chicken of cold water. I hate wearing my drysuit, I feel like I am wearing a giant rubber.

The Deleware and Lehigh were both at bankfull in P.A last weekend.

That really made me laugh just now, as sad as it sounds.

February WILL be better (I hope)

praying for a recovery for next weeks Smuggs trip (5 days) Fri-Wed...might be time to sacrafice some skis to the ski gods
I was up at Smuggs last weekend and will be again this weekend. They are really hurting though. Anything good is closed and well they don't really make much snow and where they do make it the trails are just blahh.

No, no January thaw.

I've just been slacking off on the kabuki dances... I'll get back to those weeknights, 9 - 9:30 pm EST.

That should do the trick.

Would anyone care to assist? I'll tell you now it would involve rubber cement, a hammer, and a bottle of Rain X.

Killington reporting snow as of 3:30, anyone else seeing this changeover (knowing killington its mixing at the summit). Also some good news from the national weather service wether it is true or not.

Most of the snowpack is expected to remain intact...

Rubber cement and Rain X, I understand. But the hammer? I thought that was for the Karaoke Fire Dance. Which could explain a lot.

Clearly, the new emoticon hasn't been used enough.

Weel the west side of Hunter is all closed. Going to be a pretty boring weekend, watching ski porn, hating life. Even though I'm going out west again in 2 weeks this still sucks. I like going upstate, just not to wade in mud puddles.
