Poor guy. He only made $4.4 million this year.
How will he survive?
He'll probably have to make another humiliating Buick commerical.
WOW I didn't know golf was as dangerous as skiing .. :-o
Poor guy. He only made $4.4 million this year.
As you all probably know he hurt his knee running not playing golf.
I'm sure a little "physical therapy" from Mrs. Woods would help ease the pain

Side note, I'd bet that we hear that woods kid #2 is on the way before Tiger makes his PGA Tour return next year
Good Stuff IMHO.
Romo is definately WAY better than a 10, I think I remember reading recently that he's actually a sub 5 handicap, and I know I read recently that he's been playing very well in a bunch of big amateur tournaments this spring. Doesn't suprise me with is 82 or 83(whatever it was).
Timberlake + Lauer, they played much more like what I expected a 10 to play to. Hit some solid shots/had some solid holes, but when it got crooked, that wire mess that they USGA calls rough combined with those greens took their toll. Matt Lauer actually should have broken 100 if it wasn't for his first 6 or so holes where you could see that he was "spooked" by the course. After that he setlled down and played like a solid 10 or so handicap.
The 4th guy, great story, but it's just too bad that he went with his "bunt" strategy with the hybrid off the tee. I'd bet that him playing that way, which isn't his usual game, had a bunch to do with his blow up score (not unlike what Mickelson did with his open driverless strategy IMHO).
Hope that they decide to do that again next year at Bethpage. I'll be able to give a 1st hand account as to how nasty the rough is there as I've already been notified by the USGA that my ticket request for the 2009 Open has been granted!![]()
Body = 9.5/10
Face = 6/10
Romo is a 2 handicap and frankly could be a Tour player with a little work. The Guy CAN hit the ball and has the controlled mental approach to the game
Timberlake and Lauer are 6 handicaps and did about as expected . It was FUN to watch AND it will be done next year so paln on it !

Did the PGA cancel the season?
