I remember picking blueberries hiking with you. I think it was on the way up Bear but it could have been Race. That was a long time ago...
Yeah, and we had to carry our water in hollowed out gourds that we dried ourselves, hiking with bear skins strapped to our feet.Bear, but back in those days it was called Mount Kikicalawanda and it was over 14,000 feet in elevation.

Blueberry picking is still a month away up here..
We did local strawberry picking here last weekend. Got 5-6 quarts. Been doing pancakes/shortcake/crepes all week.
