So yeah not great, but not terrible either. Before the 2 inches of rain the bowl looked really good.

Hey Austin--

I figured you'd be up there! If you're not, why not join me at K-Mart tomorrow?

My dad has a nasal infection so he didnt want to go up. I might try to convince him to go up tommorow, but he probably wont. K-mart are you crazy?!?! Mt. wash and k-mart are both 2:45, but mt. wash has 10 times as much snow.

From you, that is a good point. It is about 45 mins from my house to K-mart (34 miles) and about 2.5 from where I am to Washington :( I am in exams, so not much time. Just a quick run up there for some turns. Extend my season to 7 months.

Great few days up at the ravine.. Hardly a soul there(for all you people that hate other people around) - even Saturday had MAYBE 30 people and nobody really on the climbing lines... Bluebird weather for the most part.. Snowfields are KICKIN right now... Chute and Left Gully are good.. Right Gully is OK for the bottom 2/3rds. Whole right side of the bowl is sketchy... Hillmans is good for the top 2/3rds - severly undermined at the bottom.
Rode the snowfields, Hillmans, R Gully, The Chute and the Chute variiation(north)

Great time!!

we hiked to HoJo's Saturday morning and were surprised at how few people were there. The parking lot on the left was maybe 2/3 full when we got there at 8:10. Usually it's full by then. I guess the weather scared people away. We hit some rain on the way down around 11:40 and some more on the drive home, but it turned out to be a decent day, for the most part.
