Did he comment on Wildcats snowmaking being cancelled until January due to the current August drought? I figure that announcement should be coming soon.

I know you think its bullshit but plenty of ski area GM's with limited water availability (whether by physical water being there or govt restriction on pumping) are sweating this currently.

Still a ways to go before go time though.

He's been doing his best to block that out since the Peak acquisition.
Well, in the video, one could see that Stuart had to keep saying, "well, Vail owns XX resorts, so maybe you might not remember that you own X resort" when he was talking about his recent experience when he was comparing Vail to other resorts. It was funny.

Lately I've been thinking about how dry it's been and how fucked they're gonna be of we don't see some wet weather. What are the odds they dredged their pond....

Settle down Katz Jr. I was mainly joking.

Yes, I know water limited areas are sweating it right now given the summer we've had.

Never heard Black down the street make any excuses about water last season. And again, the late start and reduced snowmaking efforts at WC have gone on ever since Vail bought the place.

But again....it was a joke.

ZERO chance of that....
Wildcat has been a complete ghost town all summer.
Hiked and DBiked down low and over to T brook last weekend.
Never saw a soul anywhere, except a Mama Moose and her lil one going up Lower PoleCat.
