Yo sleet and freezing rain makes for the best sledding.
Nothing like a runner sled on a sheet of ice...

Or a 13 year old making the best out of an epic philly ice storm in 1994.
Poor decision making ended up with me and my friend in a creek.

i have ended up in creek in the middle of winter before! of course last time I did that it ended in hypothermia and me being nursed back to health while on a backpacking trip

But think of the invaluable lesson you learned!

I learned when you go in a creek make sure it is across the street from your friend's house so that you can run in and get warm with fresh hot chocolate and fresh baked blondies.
Word. Mrs. Leneis your cookie bars were the bomb with hot chocolate.

Anyway...back to the regularly scheduled programming-
no north country ski area isn't getting the goods from this storm and that is great.
