Hmmm... apres ski. From what I've heard (and/or read), I think the following would be a good list:

2knees
Grassi
andyzee
hardline
Beano
krisskis
DMC
DHS
OSME

I've already apres ski'd with Trekchick (I'm laughing right there with ya, honey!) and IHartSkiing. And bvibert, of course. ;) But honestly, I don't think I have with anyone else on here... It's usually just ski some runs and then go home. :(

Thanks Sev!!! I definately could drink with you!!

so you just outed your self

Nah...not me ;-)

I admit that i like to party and get a bit wild...although it takes me much longer now to recover. Labor Day weekend i went to Fire Island with my boys...one night of partying and it took me 2 days to recover. It might have had something to do with the fact that they practically carried me onto the ferry back to Long Island ;-)

 Hence why I think you'd be fun to Apres Ski with. ;)

Contrary to what it may seem like on here, I really don't drink all that often. I'll have a beer or a drink with dinner a few times a week, but I don't drink to buzz or get drunk all that often. For 4 years, I didn't really drink at all between trying to conceive, being pregnant, nursing, rinse, repeat. So it's only been in the last few months that I've been even able to drink enough to get drunk anyway.

But I do enjoy watching others get drunk. ;)

Wow you must have done some serious drinking to take 2 days to recover..wow..if I have a hard night of drinking..I'm still drunk at lunchtime..and I feel like :puke::puke::puke:

Do women really give up drinking when trying to get pregnant??? I figured they'd want to drink more..

GSS, come back in 10 years when your post count is 1,657,987 ;) and see if you have the same view of that statement in your mid 30's.

My liver just isn't what it used to be  which probably explains why more and more I'm liking the light colored Pilsners, Ales, and Lagers than the darker colored Ales, Lagers, Porters and Stouts that I preferred 10 years ago.

By the time I'm in my mid 30s..I probably will only be getting drunk a couple times a month vs a couple times a week..

or a couple of times a year if you have kids...being hung over and trying to deal with a toddler who's had 11 hrs of sleep ain't no way to spend a sunday!

I've already begun a rapid down shift in anticipation of that in a couple years

actually, the hangover part doesn't scare me as I'm an old pro in that regard. It's more the drunk part and I'd imagine the helplessness you'd feel if there was ever an emergency involving your child.

That's why I don't usually *drink* unless the kids are away overnight. Freaks me out to think of having to care for them while drunk.

I have never been into drinking to excess .. I have never really understood why people want to drink to the point that they are stupid drunk..

I quit drinking the middle of my freshman year of college when I woke up in detox with an IV in my arm..I quit drinking..then only drank beer..then only beer and mixed drinks..then only shots on special occasions,..

Basically cause it's fun...

It can be really fun...but really bad drunks can be depressing..

Beer is good

Well if you think becoming stupid is fun I won't stand in your way ...

As long as the drunk isn't violent or driving..or has a weak stomach:puke::puke:

 I'll drink to that!

drink up ,my good man..
Not all drunks act stupid. There's all kinds of drunks

fun drunks
angry drunks
sad drunks

and my personal favorite

drunk girls

drunk girls....mmmmmmmmmm...they made Joe Francis rich..
