I actually DO know how to change a tire, but haven't done it for a LONG time. I didn't want to come out and admit my real reason for not changing the tire back then...I had a torn rotator cuff. I didn't want to admit it because I didn't want to stop skiing. The shoulder is all set now, I had surgery in June. Yesterday, I helped my neighbor change her tire.
