Grandma Gertrude's Venison Stew

Here it goes! Mmmmmmm!
Ingredients
Venison Cubed
butter
Salt and pepper

2 pkg beef bullion
1/8 tsp Fennel seed chopped fine

1Can cream of Onion soup(undiluted
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup (undiluted
1 can evap milk
Garlic to taste

Par boil-potatos, onions, carrots

brown first three ingredients in skillet then add fennel and bullion(the fennel is as important to this recipe as the venison), then add soups, milk, garlic, and par cooked veggies.

cook thoroughly to complete and enjoy!

Not just out in the woods ... this is a Heron in my sister-in-laws back yard. It's neck is really fat because it's swallowing the biggest goldfish from her pond. :lol:

I'll admit, I love the nature pics, but the comment "unprocessed" was too much for me.
Now that I have posted Grandma's Venison Stew recipe, I got my juices flowing and had to dig into the freezer for a package buried deep and waiting to be used for my favourite fall stew.

Guess what I'm having for dinner tonight? :D
