Depends on where you live. I want to get some skiing in next week too. I live west of NYC so for me I'm looking at the Catskills and the Pocono's. So. Vermont sure had a lot of snow last weekend and currently I don't believe the rains will wipe it out just damage it. The more south and east this thing stays the better off we will all be. Spring is my favorite time to ski and I don't mind the soft snow.

I'm already booked into lodging and tickets at Loon for the week. Yesterday's prediction had the rain moving out, and cold at night.

I'm content with groomers. It that works for you too, an area that does a lot of grooming is suggested.

Need to get out of bed in the morning, an hit it. Last year with similar predictions, 2 - 2:30pm was the end of the fun., on the slopes that is. Plenty of sun and fun on the deck apres' !

i can get out of bed for skiing no problem.never understood people who get to ski a few times a year sleeping in.once I went with a work buddy who insisted on making this huge breakfast by the time we got to whiteface it was 11:30.grooming will probably be key I think you are right.i know okemo is known for that but wasn't planning on heading there.killington mount snow and sugarbush are my likely targets
thanks
