Who else is going to be "sick" on Wednesday and riding in the Catskills?

Really? After the winter we've had you're going to complain about when we get the snow. It's Stratton they will probably groom throughout the day. Don't want too much of that natural snow to build up on the trail.

They are nuts about it. Last year in late February we were there for a 10" storm that fell throughout the day. They attempted to groom midday which created these 8-10" ice/snow chunks on the trails that couldn't be skied through. By 3pm the trails were covered again with 4" of snow and it was like skiing a minefield. My GF hit one of them and tore her MCL.

Lawsuit, my buddy was at Kmart when I was in the Mad River Valley, he wanted me to come down and ski with him because the weekend warriors he brought with him were complaining about "too much snow" at K, and consequently spent their time at the condo.

I can't decide if tomorrow or Thursday is when I'll be the sickest. I'm thinking of heading to Roxbury to break some hymens. What do you guys think?

I think you should go. Now would be the time to visit Ppatty I think Cornhead will be their Wednesday. Call the hill and ask what their plans are for Powder Ppatty they been talking about it on facebook.

I just can't decide whether to go tomorrow or Thurs. Can't do both.

Well if holds out winds and blizzard conditions for Catskills tomorrow I think Thursday would be the day if you can only do ine. PM Cornhead he knows ppatty well to and probably be there if they open up midweek which they will for 12 inch snow storm.

We have these stupid meetings with all the people teaching general bio. Well, not that meeting itself is stupid, but it's 6-9 at night, and I have an 8:30 class to teach in the morning. Think its possible to get some riding in if I leave around 10:30? Otherwise I'm shooting for Friday or Saturday.

I have been to Stratton on many storm days. Never once have I seen them groom mid day. Of all of the places I ski, I would say they have some of the best groomers.

It was on Bear Bottom right after we came out of Moon Dance heading back to URSA. It was the first time I had seen it as well. Agreed on the best groomers.
