On a board you need to strap in while in the parking lot and skate to the ticket window, then skate to the lift.:grin:

i skied to my car in the lower lot @ Mt Snow (carinthia base) this past weekend but it was down to dirt.

What about the skis?

Ya know, I know a guy who did this last week messing around. I didn't think it was possible either, so I tried it with my marker dukes, putting my heel in the toe piece of the binding, I couldn't even fit the toe of my boot into the heel piece of the binding.....to make this work you'd need to have enough know how to adjust the binding, but not enough to know which way to put your skis on......or.......

use tyrolia bindings. The guy I know who did it has those bindings and saying they are the worst he's ever used.

I think it probably mostly happens with beginners/lighter skiers with low DIN settings. I've seen kids with rental skis who were able to shove their boots into bindings even though the heel was already down. When the DIN is low the heel piece will slide back easily enough to do weird things...
