Those Si-boards cost up to 800 dollars!!:-o:-o:-o Not to mention I could see myself punching a hole in the drywall with my head if I tried that indoors

Definitely looks cool but the price is insane to me also. I bought a simple balance board a couple of years ago to help rehab my knee. Haven't used it since but it wasn't very challenging.

The turbo starter w/ 5" ball goes for around $216. That's what I got, it allows for a shoulder width stance. I tad wider than what I would normally ski with but the balance training is well worth it. The page web below has other boards in that price range.

It does take some getting use to, I did slip and fall a couple of times. Then I tried it on a thick rug to slow down the ball for the first month. Right now, I can balance on a thin floor mat or on a hardwood floor.

Get back to it. I've skied very little since my daughter was born. I really want to start skiing regularly.

I also would like to get my 4 year old started. No time like present!

Ski more moguls and get better at that.

+1 used to love moguls! Tore my ACL three years ago so I stayed away until last year then it seemed foreign. So now I want to get back on the horse!

Visit 4-5 new mountains currently at 33 different resorts so add to that

keep per visit cost down

-Try a few new areas, especially mountains in NH.
-Ride with new people, especially AZers.
-Link up with some people to show me the ropes in the backcountry.
-Learn to 360 comfortably
-Ride TUCKS!!! (been saying that for years now, got to make it happen!!)
-Ride 40+ days. 35 is my personal best for a season. I've got 9 by Jan 1 so off to a good start!

My resolution is to enjoy my last year as a Pocono Mountain homey. I get a nice tour with my sons racing schedule and besides my days at Camelback, I get 3 at Blue Mt and 3 at Elk. The family house at Arrowhead Lake has sold, son is a senior in high school and headed to Northern New England for college and the daughter is already up there. Enjoyed the Pocono's for the period we spent there (great place to bring up a skiing family) and since they still are really in the "backyard" I'll get in a few days, at one or a day at each but it will really be a change. The only downside is my day #'s will definitely go down. I like to say we went for quanity over quality (especially for the racing boy) but mrs. and I will be going the other way. I will always have very fond memories of that period of time.

Maintain my technique in difficult terrain. I've noticed when I am on really difficult terrain I go into survival mode, and while I don't fall (usually), my technique looks absolutely terrible.
That!

Failing that, enjoy the less difficult terrain! :D

Wake up on time - when I stay over for a weekend somewhere, I never get up as early as a I should. I wonder why?
