DST Setting

You may need to update your DST setting in the User Control Panel to get the time working correctly. Go to User CP --> Edit Options. Scroll down to "Date & Time Options" and select "GMT -5:00" and "DST corrections always on".

Not sure. It doesn't look like vBulletin knew how to handle the earlier change. We'll see...
