I nominate Severine. She's gained a lot of control and confidence over the season and I'm really happy to see she's easily overcoming trails she was uncomfortable with only a month or so ago.

Who's the AZer you've seen improve the most since you starting skiing with him/her. My vote is bvibert, and I have video evidence...![]()
Thanks Bob. And you haven't even skiied with me this year :razz:This one is simple to me" Roark". Most have a good base and have improved. Roark, got bitten by the bug and has not let go nor has he looked back. Check out his race finishes. Actual proof.
And all this time I thought it was the suit!either Roark or skibum9995 both have shown great improvement since last year although some say skibum is just living up to his potential and what a set of dobermans can do for you.

Brian, you have definitely improved. I don't get to ski with you all that much, but in viewing the videos from last year versus this year, there is a huge difference. Thanks Greg. I really feel like I've made some huge strides this year, glad to hear it's not all in my head. Of course this means that I must have REALLY sucked before.
I've only really seen Tim ski in the bumps and he's definitely improved quite a bit in a short amount of time. Chris is really making some progress on the bump front as well. I haven't skied with her a lot this year, but I think my wife (severine) has made some big improvements this year. If not in actual technique (haven't been able to see her actually ski much), then in confidence.
I'm thinking green. He has worn the suit all season but the results just keep getting better, perhaps you need a suit, to satisfy bob a different color Pink and Yellow are available
I'll give it up for Grassi. there were times last year i half expected him to put his skis on backwards and now he is tearing up nor'easter like nobody's business.
good work chris.

Thanks Pat, I see how it is.........and I guess our day together at Bromley meant nothing to you. I feel so used!

They're giving out suits instead of jackets at nationals this year. If I go I'll win you one.And all this time I thought it was the suit!
For those I have seen in person and skied with, definitely Greg. Though I know other's progression have been of greater magnitude that I have not seen (not taking anything away from you there, Greg). I heard Roark didn't even get points when he first started racing at Pat's and now we are alternating on the fourth place position on the team which seems to do about 4-5 points or so. Give him a few more days chasing me around MRG and watch out!!! When are you coming up to Jay, roark? bvibert I only skied with once so can not make a fair conclusion but from the videos I have seen, night and day difference.
I have not skied with Greg in over a year, but based on video I'll pick him. He seems to have alot more rhythm skiing bumps now. I use to think he was a little awkward in his technique and was always fighting to keep his line. In his videos he seems alot more confident and smoother. He's not standing up so much and is keeping his weight forward. Shows what you can do in a short period of time when you set your mind to it.![]()
Ok, Greg, you get my vote, you have improved tremendously in the last couple of years. (now put in a good word for me with win)

I also have to agree that Greg has improved a good deal since I started skiing with him.
