You'd look young for your age if your parents didn't feed you because you weren't a boy & they only figured you had gymnastic ability because you were able to squeeze through tiny windows & swing from roof top to roof top into the neighbors house to steal food.

But on a real note, drivers over 85 have ths same % of accidents per mile driven as 16 year olds. (So says the Insurance information institute & Highway Safety institute) Seniors have the AARP backing them.

But as the Who said, I like to help you son but your too young to vote. That's why they have graduated licences & 16 year olds pay 3 bills to drive. No Senior thinks he's immortal though & loads 3 frinds in the car & drives 100 MPH on the way to Bingo drunk or stoned though... They just hit SUV's.

Good question. It might depend on the level of damage. There has to be some way that the guy is held accountable...

Well, i got the estimate today from the insurance adjuster....$6000 in damage...should be done in about 10 days...im not happy. And now i have to fight to get the deductible back...i have to lay out $500. I just looked at the pictures the adjuster took of the damage!!! Holy crap!! They took apart my baby!!! LOL....theres a bit of damage underneath too....geez.

This is a picture of where my truck wound up...i WAS right in the middle of the space...as you can see...he pushed me right and forward.

Kris - just a heads up... There's a possibility NCPD won't give out the report, just the number. At least thats what happened when I filed a report about a burglary at the Merrick LIRR station. Maybe auto accident is different...

I'm assuming it was the 7th precinct. You may want to give the Captain over there a buzz.

What? Just remember you heard it on AZ first. ;)
