and I for one would love it if Pico was sold. I think an interconnect would ruin the vibe over there.

Maybe the Muellers from Okemo can buy Pico and put some more money into lifts/snowmaking..turn it into something world class..

Yeah, put in a bunch of new lifts, widen the piss out of the trails, and have "ambassadors" at the bottom of every lift waiving their arms yelling at you to slow down. That sounds perfect...

Unfortunately they under contract to run the resorts they used to own. You never know tho, maybe they will get sick of having the buck not end with them and decide to buy a resort or two.

wouldn't surprise me. The sale of their assets wasn't by choice. Crested Butte buried them.
