Happy to hear that given that we have that 3.5 day trip up there starting the 17th. I'm sure glad I took that week rather than this past week for the EICSL trip.

How's the moisture content?I'm about 15 minutes from Sunapee @ 1,100'. We've got 9" in our driveway already. Deeper where the wind is piling it up.

??? I love how now it's time to critique the density of the snow.

That's good. Suggests that it ain't turning to niar anytime soon. Thank you Ullr!Still seems pretty dry. Can't make a snowball with it. Wind is blowing wicked hahd.
I'm just not picky with my powder...

35 straight days of 75 degrees and i'd take anything even semi-frozen falling from the sky.
I dont even care if it changes to rain all the way to the north pole, it's still a net gain.
You almost need some mixing now to get some base snow down in the woods, and also help keep the snow piled up to withstand the winds forcasted for the next 48 or so hours. Light fluffy stuff + 48 or so hours of high winds will get alot of almst bare ground in the wind exposed areas and then some thick wind slabs in other.
Best thing for the NEXT storm would actually be a couple of hours of sleet/mix at the end to preserve this snow fall where it fell, not where the wind deposits it.
