Define criminal. Seriously though...(The issue is that these are Arrest records. Not convictions. So, for example, a stupid, rookie cop could arrest you under false pretenses...but the record still show up, even though the arrest was ultimatly deemed not valid and was dismissed by the courts??

I thought you had to go through legal channels to get a cory check. when I applied for a coaching position they ran a cory check on me through the local PD. but I imagine if it is a public record it is accessable

I'm pretty sure arrest records are public. I remember in college every Monday they would have all the weekend's arrests posted in the campus newspaper, hahaha. It was like:

-Public intoxication
-Public intoxication
-Public intoxication
-Indecent exposure
-Public intoxication
-Public intoxication
-Public intoxication
