Right around 32, according to their weather station.

The snow in my pic above is pretty heavy, but we're at 2000' so the extra elevation might have kept it fluffier on the mountain.

haha awesome...the name's actually from scotch mountain in delhi/andes, just down the road. but we used to go to scotch valley all the time.
