We're heading up for 3 days this week. Never been before. What can we expect? Anything in particular that should not be missed? Thanks.

The night skiing and the North side are the best. The north side holds the snow well. The views are specatular of the ST lawrence. Bring a camera. If the sugar house is still open take a run and get the maple syrup fresh kind of like a lolli pop.
I'm planning on going for a vacation there next year. Been a few years since i was there last.
Stop and check out the Lobby at the Chateau Frontenac. Beautiful art on the ceilings. Take in the waterfalls on the ride from Quebec city to the ski area. Stop in town if there is still snow take the slide down. Big wooden slide that you can ride on a taboggan on and really go. Nice view of the River at the same time.
have fun. I love it there.

If you have a chance, spend a day skiing at Le Massif (just 1/2 hr. drive further north along the river). Skied there once about 12 years ago and it was a magical place. I've heard it's changed alot since then, but still hear it's a very interesting place to visit.

aggreed with SAB, take the scienic drive to Le Massif.
The maritime views are kinda sureal, very unique on the east coast. it feels like you're gonna ski right into the St. Lawrence. I would say that LE Massif would be like Pico to Mt.Saint Anne as being liek killington. ST Anne also has a village which is cool.
my wife and i were there a few years ago when they offered some fantastic spring rates that made it hard to resist.
Have fun!

Mt St Anne

I went to St Anne a little over 2 weeks ago. There are 2 sides of the mountain - nth & sth. Sth side will be sugary and slushy by lunchtime or as soon as it hits above 0 - 2 degrees celcius, which means making it harder to turn and pick up speed by lunchtime.
The nth side is at least 5 degrees celcius colder and was perfect conditions.
Fantastic runs, such as the enchanted forest for advanced skiers and the alpine skiing was fab.
Food is extremely cheap at the fields and i stayed at Val des Neige - about 1km from the ski fields. It was $110 plus taxes which included lodging, bfast and dinner (which was fantastic)
have a great time.
