the only time I ever saw a necktie on the slope was during the bartender's race or the Olympic award ceremony. I'll bet the stupid coat doesn't even have a hook for a lift ticket!

I was thinking it could have been on a runway, like at a fashion show for ski apparel or whatever. The dude in the background is returning back down the runway after showing off their swinging outfit...
