Agreed...the lodge has been a zoo but not on the hill ! Yes lot of stupidity lately, not sure if it was due to mass and nh vacations or not.
Lots of people standing in front of the mazes blocking them so you cant ski directly in ......
Have been surprised at how few people were actually skiing last saturday, I usually wait for the lines and eat at 11am at its peak but it never happened last saturday. Ended up not taking a break and eating on my way home.

Back at xmas break, I saw alot of poeple in the lodge surfing the net with their tablet....didn't surprise me at all. The place does attract skiers/rider who would be happy doing a run or two and taking a large break back in the lodge.

There are a few runs that they mark as ungroomed that had decent bumps last time I was there.
Otherwise it's cruising or just straight lining trails. The pitch in most spots is like connector trails at other resorts.

If your looking for glades follow what everyone else has said and just pick a glade as you go down and see what you find. There is so much at Bretton Woods and most of the glades there are a lot of fun. The only thing I can add is there is a very nice 7-8ish foot cliff if you stay to skiers right of the new T-Bar that's worth a visit if your into that. Also if you jump off the groomed part of little tuckermans you put yourself between or over some boulders for about six or so turns before it flattens out.
