I think that a great one to do given your situaiton is to put your rifle on the ground (or some other object less valuable) and stand to the side of it. Jump side ways over it and repeat at varying speeds for three to five minutes. Works balance great.

His CO maybe?

I run 4-5 miles per day at an average time of 7:30 each. 5 days a week.
90 Situps with a supplement 100lbs 5 days a week
90 side situps? to each side with a supplement of 70lbs 5 days a week
36 reverse situps with a 25lb suppliment 5 days a week

Then I alternate the following monday-friday
Day 1: Arms + Calfs (Total of 8 exercises)
Day 2: Back and Shoulders + Quads (Total of 9 exercises)
Day 3: Chest + Ham (total of 8 exercises)

At the end I attempt to make ski specific movement around the gym while carrying around weights. I do this 3 days a week to exhaustion

Whole process usually takes about 2 hours

Food intake is basically meat and more meat. I add 69g of extra protein into my diet and of course vitamins.

Ive been doing this religeously since I quit smoking sometime in July. I am in the greatest shape of my life and am proud to say in better shape then the above average college student. I know I am going to tearr up the slopes
