Hi ski bums, I am doing a story on Crotched Mt. and I am remembering the days when I skiied there at 10 years old. I have great memories of ahnging in the lodge drinking cocoa. Do you have a fasvorite memory of skiing there back "in the day" before it closed operations in 1989? I would appreciate your feedback and stories and you can privately email me also.
I have looked into the history and see that it was once "Onset MT" and Bobcat MT" but I don't remember those days. I just remember skiing for about $8 and taking the rope tow up and hanging at the old lodge by the fire. Thanks, and if you have photos, even better.
