My favorite ski area by far(never been to the rockies)

Family wants to go 4 or maybe 5 all skiers.....

Unfortunately Feb 15-18 or 19 is likely only dates....

I know this will break the bank:roll:but to break it as little as possible what would you sugarbush fans recommend....??

I've stayed at the Lion and liked it....is that even a possibility on short notice?

Deals on tickets? Packages?

If you would be so kind as to give up anything you have please....

Thanks

We've rented condos through Sugarbush at a fairly reasonable rates when you consider lift ticket discounts. In fact, we usually don't rent condos because they tend to be incredibly expensive at other resorts (go get a quote from Okemo or Smuggs if you don't believe me). Might be worth a call.

What are the ages of everyone?

Kids are 24, 21 and 15 all lvl 5 or higher skiers (24 much higher)

I've got many days in at bush, including castlerock my group will be able to handle most of sugarbush....#1 and myself can spin off and hit the steep stuff then link back up if needed...

The lodging is where I have no clue....frankly all I care about is the skiing. The ladies in the group like the finer things......

Thanks all!

I debated whether or not to bring this up, but decided I would. There is an inherent risk in choosing this route. I have had 3 calls in the last 5 months from people who found lodging online via cyberrentals, craigslist, etc.and ultimately were unhappy with some aspect of the transaction. In one case it was an unreturned security deposit, once it was an issue of cleanliness (or lack of) and a general misrepresentation/overselling of the property and its amenities.

When you run into a situation where you are not getting satisfactory resolution, you have virtually no recourse. Calling the local chamber of commerce won't fix it. The chamber has no relationship and thus no enforceable recourse but to give you the phone number for the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office.

Renting from an established business allows you some protection- or at least an avenue for action.
