I'm gonna guess wildly and go with Holiday Valley - NY license plate and Dopp/CTEC lifts. Feels like Catamount but I know it isn't, so im going to throw in Butternut as an outside the box guess.

That's one of them. Last time I got to ride it was at a roller coaster convention a few years after they stopped using it. They weren't confident enough that it could still haul us up. So they had us walk to the top and ride down.

Other one came from further east.
